Sending Money Overseas (Georgia)? Best Way?

What would be the best way to send money to someone in the country of Georgia (Eastern Europe)?

Any experience with that?

Seriously, I've never sent any money to anyone anywhere (minus interac e-transfer within Canada) so I have no clue.

1. MoneyGram (www.moneygram.com). You can estimate the fees online and do the transfer at Canada Post locations.

2. Western Union. Many locations across the city. Not sure about fees.

3. Wire transfer through a bank however costs vary depending on the country. This method also takes the longest.
