I would highly recommend talking with Highlander moving.
I used them in May of last year and very minimum damage.
My Aunt used them a couple weeks ago to move into a bsmt and they did no damage apart from the flashing on top of the door being bent. It cost her a total of $350.
The key is to have everything packed and ready to go, it will save you lots of money...also remove any rails that you thing would be in the way.

I don't know if they're still around or not but we used ANH Moving in 2008 and were very happy with the work & price.
