How is the culture? Safety? Leadership from management?

Is it a good place to work?

i work there, and my opinion is from someone that is in the head office, not out in the field

I think it's a great place to be at. Culture is good...fun place to be at. Not a lot of micro managing. People are empowered to get projects, assignments, tasks, etc... done without a lot of supervision.

Company is growing, but leadership has been great. Clear focus of what the company wants to be and how they are going to get there.

What position/role are you looking at?
