#1 - I would setup a coffee somewhere offsite and try to hash out the problems with her...if the problems still persist, then they will only get worse. If option #1 fails, see option #2 below.

#2 - You will need to figure out if you want to stay at the company. If yes, then please note HR will not do shit for you. They are there to support management.

Stay - You can try to get the cunt fired by escalating to top with strength in numbers. This works very well. If you don't have enough numbers, then you should consider transferring to a different department within the company. You may have to go over the cunts head and her boss to accomplish this. If your company can not make transfer at the middle management level, then you may need to convince the executive level to make this transfer.

Leave - Fly under the radar and comply with the cunts wishes. Buy your time until they either package you out, or you find a better gig.
