Are these the same guys that own Lexus of Calgary? I wonder if they will do the VIP pick up and drop off service if we bought our car from Lexus of Calgary.

I think they're open now. Too late to get in on detail draw?

They are allowing you to enrol in their VIP program for a limited time if you are a Lexus of Calgary customer. We just got our RX serviced at the new dealership this week, great service and I was able to enrol while there.

Looks nice, but aren't they just passing the cost on to you with $1,000 PDI, and ~$1,500 "Doc" fees?

I'll have to let my mom know about this for her car. Plus I could use a free detail.

In for detail, but these contests usually seem rigged so not holding my breath.

Talking out of my butt a little, but it wouldn't surprise me to see some steep fees buried somewhere.

At the end of the day it's the customer who pays for the 5M+ building.

Was in there last night getting my VIP tag. There are some decent discounts that you can use that for some local businesses.

Thought the place was a bit sterile looking. With all the white in there without a lot of contrast, that place is going to look weathered in a hurry if they don't stay right on top of it.

It sure will be nice not having to drive to the south anymore for service.
