I started on the exhaust finally. I bought the cold cut metal saw which really made cutting stainless tubing a super easy task.
The headers terminate on a really bad angle on the outside of the frame rails, so I had to do some custom radius pie cut pieces to correct the plane of the exhaust, and fit the big muffers in there. I chose dynomax 3.5" mufflers in stainless, basically only thing I could find in stock. I am not sure how loud it will be, but i'm guessing it will probably set off it's fair share of car alarms.
Better quiet it down with a couple of turbos before the neighbours get mad at you.

I thought about doing something like that, then decided I would have a tough time cutting up my rad support for an intercooler.
I have a 2wd 85 dodge sitting here, I may do a twin turbo gen 3 hemi build on that one at some point since Holley is making all the parts to do that swap now.

Truck is home for now. I had to buy springs with 2" more arc to level out, the front springs seem to be way stiffer than the rears, even the engine weight didn't drop the front. I also moved the rear axle and inch rearward to center it more in the wheel well. The urethane body mount kit wasn't in right, I redid it and the truck gained an 1" of height over and above the spring change. Next is get the engine fitment finalized.

What's the engine again? 505 ci? Great torque across the board, what's it do lower than 3300 rpm or is that the converter stall speed?

You still have a BlackBerry! I'm jealous. I miss mine every day. Also BlackBerry Hub. Still using that on Android, but it's not working well with both my emails.....

Looks like good power there too!

Yeah, 505. It was difficult to load it lower than that, that seemed to be where the dyno would flash to. I'm not sure how the converter choice is going to work out now, it's making about more torque at a lower rpm than was anticipated. When I ran the numbers before, I calculated 620 ftlbs and torque peak of 5000 rpm.
