Default Newer Infill Basement Framing Cost / Recommendations

I'm going to develop the basement of my infill ASAP. I'll be acting as the GC.
We have received quotes from the sub trades that my builder used to build the house a couple years ago. Unfortunately the framer isn't available.

My question is - How much would you think is reasonable to frame off a bedroom, one wall of a bathroom, a storage room and bulkheads for ductwork along one side? All the exterior walls have already been framed my 950 sqft
    basement.

This is a pretty simple quick job (I suspect a day maybe 2). Does anyone here know somebody they would recommend?

For something that small why not tackle it yourself? Nothing will be load bearing so there's no major structural issues to deal with. Might take you twice as long but if you expect a professional to take a day then it might take you only 2 days?

Outside of that I am still new to town so I can't recommend anyone. Put an add up on kijiji asking for quotes maybe? For a small job like that I am sure lots of trades guys would take it on as a side job.

I'll ask my buddy who's been a framer for 6+ years. Did my basement reno. Excellent work.
He's really busy so I can see him turning it down.

I work very closely with a lot of framers, I've been waiting two years for it to slow down so Iccouldget nmy basement done for a couple hundred bucks and a box of beer. It's been so busy it's almost not worth doing mY tiny basement at full price, I'm sure I could get it done. If the poster above can get his buddy in to lookat it ddo it. I would look on kijji and the like, you could probablyfind some one that does just basements and let them do it a couple hours on the weekends and evenings for a bit less. I don't see anybody booking less than a month out though, but I could be wrong.

Honestly if it's that little amount of work, do it yourself. Plenty of tutorials online for doing it right. Will save you a bunch of money and get it done on your schedule, not theirs.

Thanks guys. I work 80 hours/week and have a 3 month old... DIY was not an option. I paid a framer $1,500 labour and materials. It took about 24 man hours. They were able to start almost right away due to the cold weather.

Just curious, what's the cost breakdown of material vs labour costs?
