Use simple tax every year for the past 6, or so. Works well.

Did you find the template is intuitive for first time landlords doing expenses and whatnot (special assessments)? Especially for 2020 there will be rent reductions, etc.

Also hoping it will be easy to do WFH stuff.

I thought it was fairly good (I'm a landlord also), however, I previously had someone do my taxes. Nothing to compare it to. I did look at Turbo Tax, since that's what my wife uses. Didn't like it as much, but probably just not familiar with it.

Yah, a guy I work with recommended simpletax. I might try it out when the time comes.
