Pulled the trigger on the Samsung 60in plasma instead of the LG because of brand preference.

I think we have the same tv Don except I got the 3d model. I have it the basement so the light glare is not AS much. Have no complains at all. Got my xb1, surround sound and 3d player set up with it.

For the old model plasma you get the burn in issue. Not so with the newer ones. They have a few features now that take away the burn in issues.Originally posted by Mitsu3000gt
If you are going to be gaming very heavily (i.e. many hours at a time every day with banners, life bars, etc. on screen) you may want to avoid the plasma due to burn-in. If it's causal gaming you'll be totally fine.
I've been using my TV now for almost a year and I've been playing Titanfall since Beta days almost everyday for 3 hours. Never had burn in issue. Even accidentally left it on XB1 home page for a day and no issues

I get a lot of reflection right now if I use my light curtain in all angles.
Once the blackout curtain is used, direct view has no reflection but as you go into angles, you get minimal reflection but not too bothersome.
