Cigarette lighter for me for now. Works fine as long as you don't mind the dangling wire coming down from the camera to the cigarette lighter.

You could more than likely tuck the wire up into your headliner, down the A pillar and door, then underneath your dash and have it come back out near the plug again.

Cigarette Lighter! I found one in my glove box in the FRS (Didn't know there was one in there) . Ran the wire all the way up! nice and clean!

To those of you who Have not picked up yet, Baygirl has agreed to take some with her tonight to Chinook. If anyone is interested, please PM me first to make arrangements.

I missed out on this. If somebody stiffs you and doesn't pick theirs up, I will buy it.

see, i am all smartsy and shit. I make people pre-pay for them before I order, that way if they stiff me, it is only because they don't pick up, and then I end up with a free camera. LOL

Anybody seeing their Marcus 3 'reboot' within the first 2-4 minutes of starting the car? Connected to the cig lighter.

Mine does it once and sometimes twice but then it's fine for the rest of the drive. Tested multiple cig lighters in the car and ensured all connectors are secure. It starts recording and all other functions fine, I just hear the start up chime and notice it boots up again.....

Not for me, so far all is well with mine. I hope you figure your situation out though. Possibly loose USB connection?

    Nah, all connections are secured....

Good thing I bought 3, I'll just hook up camera number 2 or use another power cable to see what the issue is.

Now, that could be different if I used the double-side tabe mount (included), or the glare filter frame.

Haven't played around with it too much either than basic setup.
Oh ok, it just looked large compared to the Blackvue on its own so I wondered how it looked mounted up to see the difference. I just did a Google image search.

And this photo is using the double side tape mount (clipped onto Marcus 3)....... the suction cup sticks out more... but really clear compared to blackvue 400

quite possibly, but it is going to be needing to pre-sell a minimum 20 of them again.

I also really want to allow time to collect feedback from everyone on these before doing another order.

I installed my marcus3 this morning, I was reviewing videos comparing them to another camera, and noticed the audio quality in the Vico is not that good. The sound it captures has a high treble/cheap high gain, so the audio is distorted pretty bad, I'll open the other and compare, anyone else noticing anything similar?

really? mine doesn't sound bad at all, nor does NissanK in his video.

When playing back videos, some of them have audio and some don't. Any one else having this problem? Or am I doing something wrong?

Yeah I checked that, the mic is always on and I never touched the camera after mounting it. I will try my second camera to see if it does the same and maybe a different memory card too.
