What is up with the multitudes of people (call them posers by a lot of their appearances) lining the edges of the parkade - is this a Chinook meet thing? It was so odd looking that I had to loop around for a second look - quite different than Grey Eagle which had an enormous turn-out tonight and where people wander about and intermingle. Of course I may be way off here and maybe appearances are deceiving - maybe there is a lot of intermingling happening at Chinook and I just happened to drive by when everyone was hanging out at the edges. Dunno, it just appeared that everyone there was lining up along the edges waiting for some action either out on the street or on the ramp.

theres just a lot of clique type groups around. if you wanna chat cars, just dont be a pussy and ask some questions and start chatting. its not hard. (not aimed at you by the way).

lot of young kids who think this is all a competition and gotta stand their ground.

New to the site, just registered a few days ago. So this is what was parked in the middle of on Wednesday. Went to Chinook to grab a few things for my trip and came out yo a lot full of tuners. Definitely some nice rides out there. I was in a white FC with mismatched wheels.

Yes this is still happening. 7pm-9 or 10pm at Chinook. Some head over to Grey Eagle for 6pm then cruise over to Chinook around 8pm.
I'll be at Chinook around 8pm tonight.

So the cops showed up again last night at around 9:15pm ish. He was pretty cool and walked around chatting with us. He said that they got another complaint from the neighbours and that this meet is now on thier radar and they will be keeing an eye on it.
Sucks that these kids are ruining it for the rest of us who just want to hang out.

he swung by around 7:45 as well, they just drove in and looked around then left. The problem is people revving there engines just for BOV purposes -_-

Lots of losers that definitely aren't on beyond. Lots of antics last night - people driving the wrong way on the road. 2 stepping after moving 2 feet - EVERY 2 feet. (Silver mk4 Jetta license plate ICREATE - 2 step. We're looking at you)

Sucks that random kids are screwing up the meets. Glad to have police presence though, hope that helps with things. Hope to make it next week!
