After their only rink collapsed from the snow, I think it would be great to see Sylvan Lake win the Kraft hockeyville award.

Just voted numerous times. Will probably go back to it when I see this thread again. It's the least I can do for the town where our holiday beach house is.

Fuck yeah, I hope this helps them!
A record number of communities entered, nearly 16 million votes were cast, and Sylvan Lake, Alta., has been crowned Kraft Hockeyville 2014.
NHL commissioner Gary Bettman made the announcement live during Saturday night's Hockey Night in Canada broadcast.
This year's edition of the annual contest took on an East vs. West theme, with 532 communities vying to be called Kraft Hockeyville this year.
The Western Canada community finalist took the top prize, and Sylvan Lake’s Medican Multi-plex will receive $100,000 in arena upgrades, a visit from CBC, and will host an NHL pre-season game.
The Eastern Canada community finalist, Kingston, N.S., will also receive $100,000 for arena upgrades to its Credit Union Centre.
