I think it can work and also look pretty badass if you have the right growth and facial shape/ clothing style for it. Just don't be one of those people with a beard who shaves it right along the jawline so that there is no neck beard. Looks like a clown mask imo

I personally think that the goatee or fuji type beard is a better look than a full beard on an asian. Due to the typical patchy growth. But, I say give it a go man. You'll be unique that's for sure.

I know of only two Asians who can grow a decent beard. They are a rare breed but do exist. I tried it once and at about 2 weeks the patchyness really starts to show and that's about when it gets shaved off plus the wife doesn't care for it too much either.
