Default South - Work Out Gym Recommendations

Can anyone recommend a gym down in the south? For guys in like Cranston/auburn bay area

Would prefer a clean open and comfortable ambience, enough smith machines, bench presses, dumbbells and treadmills so you don't have to line up.

Not a mad sausage fest locale like some gyms can be. Eye candies a definite bonus.

Reasonable membership prices, don't need premium.

YMCA south health campus. Or Trico center. Both are good.

YMCA has Olympic and power platforms so waiting for the smith is not needed.

    NSD in Douglas Glen

Very wide open, recently renovated, all new machines, about 8 or so smith machines, 15 treadmills or so, 2 seperate dumbbell areas, 6-8 bench press stations, clean locker rooms, not a ton of tail to look at but there it depends on what time of day you go... I think its about $50 a month but well worth it, and you can get cheaper if you sign up longer term.
