Default where to buy specific meat in calgary?

i was told to go buy "chuck flat aa" beef, dont recall seeing this kind of beef all my life, does anyone knows where can I buy'em?

basically I'm doing chinese hotpot, and usually i just buy the hotpot fatty beef from tnt, but this time I'm feeding 12-14 ppl, and one of them has a meat slicer, and he told me to go buy "chuck flat aa" which he claims to be the closest match to the tnt stuffs, but since he can only get them at 30kg boxes and thats way too much more then we can handle, I'm gonna try to find this beef at some other retail stores. as i was told i might be anyway from 40 to 50% cheaper then tnt

You might be able to buy it in the korean market 17th ave and 37th ish. You'll have to show them the korean word though. This is what I found
chuck meat (kkurisal ²Ù¸®»ì, jaebichuri ÀçºñÃ߸®) for stock, plain meat soup

Any butcher shop will know what you are asking about, the AA is the grade of meat, in Canada it runs from A, AA, AAA, something to do with the amount of desired marbling. A "chuck flat" is the cut area in the upper shoulder, the cut has a stronger beef flavour overall. Call Second To None meats, they are very helpful and I've only seen butchers work/answer phones at the Mission store:

    Mission Store (4th Street)
    #3, 2100 4 Street SW
    Ph. 403-245-6662
    Hours: Tues-Sat 10am-6pm,
    Sun 10am-5pm, Closed Monday

They also have three stores in Calgary:

I was running around too, looking for a French pastry shop. Not a one was open this morning. All I want to do is give them my money.
