Have used this app twice (tress down, blocked trail) and both issues were taken care of in less than 48 hours.

It's a fantastic tool, with great response time for legitimate issues, so good on the City Of Calgary for weeding them out

Part of me kinda wants to find out how to apply to be the dude that sorts through all those and gets to close the BS ones. His co-workers must have quite the laughs during the day.

My location is 3805, Building B, Marlborough Drive Northeast. I would like to complain a very severe noise of these kids. They are like this everyday from 7:00PM to 10:00PM. There are a bunch of kids yelling, screaming and screeching. My family and kids couldn't sleep well due to a very loud noise. Their parents are so ignorant and doesn't even care if their children cause trouble in this neighborhood.

Good on the parents of these kids for getting them outside and playing. This lady's kids probably couldn't sleep because they were jealous of the other kids having fun outside while their moron parents sent them to bed a 7 on a Saturday.

I dunno, I think it might be funny for a week, and then more and more you would start to realize exactly how fucking stupid people are, and begin to lose all faith in humanity.

Poor snow removal, a busy commuter corridor that gets over look during winter

Now I used to cycle commute but once it got below -5C regularly, I put the bike away as two wheels on ice is not a very good combination in my eyes. Never the less, I am well aware that there is a small core of cyclists who continue to cycle throughout the winter months and yes, most of them have the proper attire and some of them even have bicycles that are properly equipped for winter consitions.


But, and this is a big but, how far should the CoC go towards addressing concerns like the above and especially so for cyclists during the winter. I suppose for pedestrians, of which there is probably proportionately more during the winter as compared to summer numbers, I can see the need to keep pedestrian sidewalks cleaned up. But is a cyclist supposed to be on the area pictured above.

Now please note that this is coming from a guy who has lived here since 1979 when regular sidewalk snow removal wasn't a thing and who lived in a very small prairie town before that where there was no snow removal and there probably still isn't.

How about this 311 report, link, for pathway clearing up on 96th Avenue NE - in the middle of no where by the blue ring. Who is walking up here and where are they walking to in January?
