No weird runners - I saw a man running with his hands on his hips. you can't be that guy. You need to run like a normal person. Like, you know how when you run somewhere and it's like, regular? not with floppy dead arms or like some kind of limp-wristed John Waters impersonator (thats not a stab at gay people, just lazy ones).

The key here is that you only need 3 of those characteristics.

So if you're attractive, fully fit and polite you can still run with him even if you're an arm-flailing racist in reflective gear who can't carry on a conversation.


Conversely you could be an ugly, slow runner who yells at kids and seniors provided you run normally in sweats, aren't racist and can handle small talk.
