Default Powerline Network Adapter with Multiple Ports?

Do they make powerline ethernet bridges that come with multiple ports on the receiving end?

If so can someone suggest a good option for one, and where to buy?

    Put a switch in place.

Do they make Ethernet switches that don't need a power supply?

I think all the switches would need a power input, since they are splitting and amplifying the signals.
With no power input, the signals would be much weaker. Maybe that's no big deal in a rack situation where distances are a few feet at most, but if you have any distance between devices, it would be a serious problem.
