Is this a photo of tattoo artist Shawn Hedley?

I had a tattoo done at Bushido in 2009 and later that year my brother had this one done by the same guy. My mom now wants to get her first tattoo and I'm trying to find the same guy to do it and I think I've narrowed him down to be a guy by the name of Shawn Hedley, now working out of Red Deer. He's booked until August so before I beg him to fit her in in July, I want to make sure it's him. Or is it someone else?

It would seem kind of strange that I only had to book 2 weeks in advance in 2009 and now he's booked 4 months in advance.

Thanks, I sent him an email begging for an hour of work but got an auto reply (or a quick reply) stating I have to call the shop for appointments. Hopefully he reads it and gets back to me.

Dude, you'll have to call the shop if you want a response.

Once guys get busy, they don't have time to deal with it, you have to go through the person doing bookings unless you have an in. Which you don't.

I'm literally begging for this to happen, it would mean a lot to my mom to get her first tattoo from the guy that put a tattoo on both her sons. She won't do it any other way and I bet he could whip this out in 40 minutes. She's visiting for the whole month of July and can work around his schedule any day that month.

If I did the walk-in I'd have to leave Calgary at 5am. I'll do that if that's what it'll take.

Thanks to Shawn and a huge thanks to tirebob for personally talking to Shawn about my situation. We drove up to Red Deer yesterday and got it done, she's extremely happy with it. Thanks a lot.
