As I recently got my new place, I went scouring around Beyond for renovation contacts specifically for a countertop job.
After seeing his work and reading around Beyond (TomCo's review came to mind), I was impressed and put him on the job.
My parents got wind of my renovation work and thought they should do their kitchen as well so I used my parents as the 'guinea pigs' for InRich's line of work and got the ball rolling.
Rich came by our house, was polite and curteous. He was there with the builder to take rough measurements, discuss options, and possibilities on what the kitchen can look like. Along the way, we discussed about how the kitchen is fully utilized and you can tell by the worn-out condition it was in. Rich even provided tips on how to save our solid cabinetry, which was nice. He wasn't pushy nor condescending and my parents liked his welcoming attitude. With that, he was put to the task of making things happen.
For the next few weeks, he got us in touch with his builders, let us pick the stone, faucet, and sink that we wanted. Once all the materials were procured, Rich just made it happen.
There was a slight hiccup with the template appointment and the timing but Rich was on top of things and apologized for the mishap. The quality of work and finish made up for it though.
This is the beginning of what could be so let's see what happens then but so far, I'm very happy with his work and would recommend him for any job!

Countertop is installed. Took two hours of demo, cleanup, and install. His builders were clean, courteous, and were attentive of what my mom asked for. Unfortunately, the backsplash couldn't be saved due to the stone's thickness but that was already common knowledge.

We chose Wild Sea granite, which will be the same stone in my condo (money-saving tip: buy a whole slab and use the whole thing or look for leftover stones!)

Waiting for the glue to settle before the plumbing could be fully hooked up, which we would do on our own.

All in all, we love what Legacy Exteriors but he's not done yet! He hasn't seen my place yet.
We're just getting started.
