What the hell does this have to do with anything? Modelexis, normally i ignore your shit but for some reason this post stuck a nerve today.

What does the size of the magazine have to do with absolutely anything in the story or article? Where does the article or ANY article mention a .22cal weapon? What do Canada's laws have to do with some shit that happened in the US?

They found several handguns on him, I think like 4-5 guns and 400 rounds of ammo... Magazine capacity is irrelevant when you have several firearms. The real issue is that a person with history of mental illness was able to get a registered firearm.

If you go look at his Facebook page you will immediately notice the kid had a severe form of narcissism. He lived a privileged life, his father was the assistant director of the hunger games and I think all this made him think he deserved to have girls throw themselves at him, "the perfect guy". He must have been soo spoiled by his parents that it drove him crazy when he could not get something he wanted.. Unfortunately for him coming off as a total creep will not get you the girl no matter how rich you are.

It's not a loophole. If the government wanted to restrict the .22 magazines, they simply would. Yes, California does have the same magazine restrictions for handguns that Canada does, but there is nothing stopping people from owning any of the higher capacity ones unless you somehow support random tossing of gun owners homes.

There is also no way he fired 9/10 rounds in a mag and then used the last on himself. And regardless of what the media would like people to think, 400 rounds is not a large amount.

To be honest, I'm shocked that the words "arsenal" and "stockpile" haven't been used yet.

Just wanted to point out that this could happen in Canada, since we have similar gun restrictions as Cali and Cali is one of the most restricted states in the USA.

Nothing to get angry over, I'm not anti-gun or have any motive behind the comments, just talking about factual gun laws.
