I just saw it as brazil out playing colombia for most of the game. The calls are mostly always in favor of the less hostile team. A ref will side with players who dont yell at them repeatedly?

Actually Columbia out played Brazil in the second half. They scored a goal that for some reason did not count, nor a hands ball was called in the crease.Originally posted by R154

Columbia had the right to complain.

The problem with that game was the ref didn't have the balls to give out any cards. But he wasn't playing favorites with either side. Both Colombia and Brazil team went for alot of fouls and dives.
In the end Brazil really outplayed Colombia. That horrible defending with the first goal proved it. And they were constantly losing the ball. Only James was playing good on the opposition side.
Neymar was pretty bad so him gone won't be too bad but the lack of Silva is gonna hurt them with Germany.

For the people who watched the Brazil-Columbia game yesterday I really hope you are watching the game that is on now. This is one of the better matches I seen in the world cup. Both Belgium and Argentina just get up and keep running when they are knocked down or tripped.
I would love to see Belgium win because they are the clear underdogs, but Argentina has great players with great sportsmanship.
That was just a great enjoyable game to watch. I actually thought that Belgium was going to tie it up there at the end.
Thought that was pretty dull game to be honest.
Belgium could barely keep the ball in Argentina's side. Only the last five minutes were exciting.
Group stage games were much better than these quarterfinal and round 16 games. In these as soon as a team scores they just hang back and kill time. In group games they went for the jugular and kept attacking.
Muller...
Hahaha.. Brazil back to their old tricks down 1-0.. Diving B!cthes..
damn nice goal, cant believe how open he was!
wow 2-0!
I guess it will be germany vs netherlands!
This is is getting better and better.. Klose.
