For about 5 or so minutes it hailed very heavily with large hail, biggest one I saw would have been a bit bigger than a golf ball.
But once it started raining it slowed down and the hail turned to pea size.

Its pretty selfish of people to stop in the middle of the road just to be under an overpass.... what about all the other people that are still on the road and are now stopped with no protection because some asshats are blocking the road?!

At least you pulled off the road completely....

Yes, I noticed the 73 STX stickers on the Miata today. That sucks to hear. That BRZ with the black wheels today also had quite a bit of damage. Probably new windows as well.

Yep... my new theory is insurance companies want to limit losses, so when a big storm approaches fast they instruct the seeder planes to race out to protect all the upper class homes and 100K cars over on the West side first, haha.

Shadowz (Nick) took me for a cruise in the Aspen area during winter season... I noticed the streets were plowed cleaner than the rest of the city too.

There are enough dents to likely write off the RX8, the hood and rear doors are aluminium so those repairs add up quickly. Combined with the low value of '04 RX8's I don't see any other options. Back in 2011 it got hit with less than half as many dents and was close to being written off then. I guess I need to come up with a better protection system than foam pads and a tarp On the upside it did give me an excuse to drive Cam's CSP Miata, what a blast.

By the sounds of it I need to tour around the lot a bit more to check out the other cars.

1. inflatable queen size bed
2. cigarette socket plug-in pump from Canadian tire
3. store in trunk
