Difference between Nexen Downtown and Nexen Sundance

Hey guys,

Not sure if this has been discussed earlier but I was just wondering what the difference is between these 2 Nexen locations, downtown and the location in Sundance business park.

Are there different departments between these 2 locations. If anyone has worked for Nexen could you please explain and let me know which departments are located where?

Slightly more helpful, I'm betting the Sundance location has accounting, various support services, and some oilsands facilities groups.

I'm 90% sure drilling, all geology, and anything to do with conventional oil and gas is downtown.

This. From my workings with Nexen and all of my trips to their offices I can say that their engineering and conventional/shall team is downtown as well as the big bosses and asset teams.

The Nexen Sundance office is the project office for Long Lake.

Downtown is all other departments, i.e. COG, Corporate, IT, HR, etc.
