I always just wait out 16th. At least there is 3 lanes so that things flow. 20th all it takes I some asshat...

16th is consistent and I find that the stretch from Center to McMahon to be the nicest part post widening. Especially at night when it's dead.

Boy I need to lurk these forums more often.


I live across the street from that complex.

Been in Mt Pleasant for 3 years now,.. never seen any half-way houses.

the houses that used to be across the street (where that building is now) were problem rentals, but they are all gone now.

The complex on 3rd and 17th is a subsidized housing complex. I have never seen any sketchy people living there. Its a very clean building and the people keep to them selves.


That black fellow with the wheel barrow cruises through my alley too.


Everything is in walking distance if you like to walk,.. or very short drive.

2 Italian grocery stores

meat market down edmonton tr, retaurants, great veit place, etc, etc.

walk to Calgary tower in about 30-40 min

Our house is small and sometimes we think about selling and moving,... but we would never be able to find a community quite like this in our price point if we got a bigger home.

for now and for us - location trumps
