I saw a white one of these around 4st and 24ave NW last week. They're a really cool looking little vehicle. Not the most practical thing, but if I was in the market for a sporty super expensive hatchback, I'd be all over it.
They look small on their own, but side by side it's almost as big as a Cayenne according to Mibz.

I'm blown away how reasonable it looks in those pictures, but yeah, it's not a small vehicle by any means. It's not even small for an SUV.
If you want a sporty expensive hatchback then the GLA45 is probably more to your taste.
Wow, I just googled some specs, and h/w/l the Macan is only a couple inches smaller than the Cayenne. I'm really surprised, cause it appeared to be pretty small. Crazy.
And I'm not in the market for a small expensive hatchback, and probably won't ever be haha. I'd go to an AMG wagon if I needed more space/had the money.
What's interesting is that both Mibz and I checked out the GLA and Macan back to back several times in Detroit or NY and had no idea of the size difference, they looked about the same in size. It wasn't until Mibz saw the Macan side by side with a Cayenne when we had to look through the specs and realized how big the Macan really is and how tiny the GLA is. What's really interesting is that the GLA has more passenger space (specifically legroom) than the Macan by a huge margin.

Absolutely amazing vehicle, will be a huge seller for Porsche, as evidenced by the fact that if you order one today you won't be seeing it for a year!

you can always travel east and pick one up. I have been looking into this route but all the ones that I am finding on the lot have more options than what I ideally want to pay forOriginally posted by FullFledgedYYC

Looks just like the Cayenne from the front at least. Haven't seen one in person, will reserve my judgment until then.
It is a rather large vehicle. What is most surprising about this car, is how long it is. The pictures dont really do a great job of illustrating it, but right before I had a chance to snap these shit pictures, a mini cooper (4 door) was parked beside it. The Macan looked like a Lexus SUV. I nearly walked passed it until I saw more clearly, the slopping roof line and realized that it was the new Porsche.
In person it has way better eye appeal then a Panamara, but it still looks a little goofy for my tastes.

Wow that red just kills it. Urgh.

The red is aftermarket. They do not (thankfully) come like that from the factory!
