    Default Best place to buy LED interior bulbs

    Looking at changing the interior bulbs of my Jeep to LED, looked online at superbrightleds.com and prices seemed reasonable however it is very confusing which bulb is best suited for the application and tough to gauge color temperature. I am looking for a cool white color temperature, nothing too blue. Anywhere local you guys could suggest that has decent selection and pricing? Or any feedback on superbrightleds.com or competitor websites that are a little easier to understand?

    5000k is perfect white. 6000K is slightly blue. Thats all you really need to know, as long as you know what bulb you are looking for.

    I found bulbs I thought would work fine but they have a brightness rating of 1-5 bulbs. Not sure if 1 is super dim as most of their selection is a 1 bulb for brightness. They don't list the actually lumens of the bulb. As for color temperatures they offer "soft white", "natural white", "cool white" it looks to be 4000k, 5000k and 6000k compared to HIDs I've purchased in the past but the natural white is only available in a 1 brightness.

    Have you purchased from them? If so what brightness were the bulbs you bought and how well do they light up the area?

    Well LED's are a nicer colour, but not naturally as bright as say a halogen bulb. They dont list lumens because it is much lower than other light types.

    I have never bought from them - I buy all my shit off eBay, and I would suggest you do as well. Cheap - and easy to replace if there is a problem.

    I think they are just comparing the brightness of the LED's to the regular bulb;

    Ex: I Dome LED = Brightness of 3 Dome Bulbs.

    I outfited my mustang with all LED replacements from superbright. I had 3 out of like the 10 bulbs burn out in less than a year.

    I've since replaced all the Superbright LED with bulbs now from http://www.diodedynamics.com

    They are way brighter than the ones I got from superbright and they are all still kicking.

    Just looking at them you can tell the quality is quite a bit better than the original LEDs I had.

    diodedynamics is good.

    Also Oznium.com has great shipping rates. Not as much selection though.

    a bit late lol, but Yes eBay is usually the best, just make sure you get good quality ones so they don't burn out too quickly. One way to check that is to make sure the eBay seller has a good feedback standing... i.e. no complains with the lights, ..
