    Default Beyond Jeopardy: For 1 billion internet points, what are these?

    Ok, so had to do a dump run this morning, and while waiting to get on the scale, I see these things...

    The kinda look like wire toilet plungers, but 4 of them in the shape of a horizontal cross. Thought that maybe they were meant to deter birds or something, but they have cabling to them, suggesting they are monitored?

    Either way, I got no fucking clue, and curiosity is getting the better of me...
