    Default power steering pulley

    quick question for fri night at race city if i undo my power steering pulley will i f*uck anything up at all? and how hard is it to put back on cause most likely ill be doing it in the dark there, how much expected hp if any?

    no hp, maybe 100lbs of weight.

    no im not taking off the whole PS system just the pulley and belt. i was just curious to know if i would get any gains out of it

    I got pretty fast at putting it back on after doing it 4 times in a week.

    ecstasy_civic : Taking it off will be fine as long as you remember how to put it back on don't mind the lack of p/s. Some people say you don't gain any power, some say they get 10-15 on the dyno... believe whatever you want.

    its less strain on the crank.. .but if you are driving in a straight line.. it wont be working very hard
