Concrete/Driveway repair

Starting a new thread as the current ones are really old.
I'm part of the new home owners with cracking/peeling concrete club

Had a couple of loonie sized rust holes in my driveway the first year so they sandblasted my driveway and now its cracking/chipping away at an alarming rate. Looking for recommendations on a guy to come and patch then seal.

My garage is not level as well so looking to level that out so I dont have frost on the side from the hole between the concrete and the garage door.

They just don't make homes like they use to funny they can charge 500k for a cookie cutter product and still do it so poorly

Is your concrete now exposed since they sand blasted?
Has it been sealed before?

concrete is now exposed since they sand blasted it.
I sealed it myself using the Behr stuff from home depot. Their product is shit!
