    Default Calgary Shooting?

    http://calgary.ctvnews.ca/innocent-b...club-1.1972875

Surprised I didn't see anything on here yet. Does anyone know the place (Broncos)? Anyone witness it?

Apparently it was just outside my neighbors jobsite. They showed up to work, and there was still a tarp over the body.

    so senseless

That is some terrible luck, wrong place at the wrong time.

Awe . That's right by Bottlescrew's. Really unfortunate incident. Hope they catch the shooter and they get a severe punishment.

I can see the corner from my balcony. The gunshots were loud as shit I believe I heard 8 or 9 bullets fired. Broncos has had alot of wannabe thugs around it lately when I go to the max accross the street.

And so were the shooters. Drive by. Damn man, you can leave TO but it still finds you.

That drive by TO bullshit has no place here.

I like our gangs, they tend to at least only shoot at other gang members.

Calgary: if we are not dealing with trash from BC, we are most likely dealing with trash from TO.

As usual all suspects are known to police, one had a Canada-wide warrant for attempted murder.

I wish we had inter-provincial borders set up in Canada regulating travel of known fellows based on the severity of their crime...

So mistaken identity? What are the chances that both the thugs and victim are both minorities?

Bullets can travel through several walls and through windows and all kinds of shit without even slowing down so it shouldn't be a surprise that ~10 rounds sprayed downtown ended with one hit.

Oddly enough, dangerous ideas like this have killed more people historically than any low level criminal or gang banger.
You're suggesting a large Canada wide gang become more territorial and hassle everyone in order to curb some low level gang activity.

Total logic fail and the reason democracy doesn't work.
You have complete idiots with the same voting power as people that actually take the time to think things through.

So youre saying that we should have "DHS" style domestic checkpoints on the roads like they do in America. Colossal waste of taxpayer dollars and infringes on their freedoms drastically.

Wow, hope you dont vote often.

Better question is what are the chances they're both from Toronto if it is a case of mistaken identity?

Maybe you should leave the hypothesizing to people who aren't so sloppy/careless with their words.
Bad ideas tend to have gotten a large number of people killed so it's fairly important to not be so careless about prescriptions for society.
