I doubt they will send that small amount to collections to be honest
Credit rating, I am not even sure how they can get your information either

Fuk it ..Am just gonna pay it... Thanks guys...
Why is this even a question?
It's $37, dude. If it's really that much of an issue, then just make one less trip to Boston Pizza.

Does Impark tickets affect your credit rating? Got a $100 in the mail yesterday. Purchased a ticket but ran out of time so I really don't want to be paying this one.

The U of S has their own police force and they give legitimate tickets just like you would get from CPS. Impark and all these other companies are just private businesses.Originally posted by riander5

Third party collections company, or their "collections" department? The latter is not collections.Originally posted by DeleriousZ

I do not believe so, ever. I'm sure someone will correct me if that's wrong, but AFAIK they can't affect your credit. Some members on here have dozens of unpaid Impark tickets.Originally posted by Mr_John

If they catch you again though without a ticket, you might get towed and not just ticketed.
Somewhat related question: What happens if you reverse park, and the CPA vehicles with all the cameras drive around. Do they stop, get out, walk behind your car and check your plate manually? I feel like the average individual working that job would be FAR too lazy to do so.
Yeah, Impark doesn't hurt your credit. Their internal collections department calls themselves something like Alberta Collections Ltd, but they can't do anything.
See Crank. See Crank Walk. Walk Crank Walk.
Too many private parking tickets may get you on a tow list. But I never pay them.
Fedex and other shipping companies can definitely send you to collections for unpaid fees and duties.
I can eat more hot wings than you.
I thought somebody said these private co's can't tow your vehicle and that it would be theft, and if you take the ticket to court you're only required to pay the original parking fee - none of the fines bullshit.
I don't know if it's true, but somebody mentions it every time this topic comes up...
