Well people should be driving for conditions regardless... I was just mentioning that the left lane on that exit looked iced over.

Hey guys, just got back from Marda loop to Panorama hills from Stoney Trail and it is a mess out there. Visibility is very poor and the roads are slippery (more slush). Take care tonight. Will be fun driving in the morning rush hour..

    Cheers,

Some cunt monkey thought it would be fun to pull an illegal left hand turn in front of me on the way home, I've never been closer to having an accident.

As soon as the snow flys everyone turns retarded.

People somehow don't realize that it takes them longer to get going, and it takes everyone else more time to slow down. Absolute idiots.

They're certainly big, but I don't know if they are the BEST I've tasted.

While we're discussing this snowfall event, I thought I'd re-link to the City of Calgary road conditions map, and point out that currently it show 33 plows and sanders working.

Based on the snowfall maps I saw today, it looks like we're right on the edge of the really heavy accumulations predicted for west and north. They don't have to be far off to mean 20+cm for Calgary.

I went out tonight and went from country hills to Dalhousie via Stoney and had no issues at all, except the person that was running with no lights...

Three things that no longer surprise me in Calgary.

    1) High beam drivers
    2) No light drivers
    3) Dark clothing people crossing roads at random places enjoying a moment of near death.

What do you want us to all wear? Silver Tommy Hilfiger jackets from 1996?

City roads aren't too bad on major streets. Traffic was still moving at decent pace to DT.

It barely snowed. Things are a bit sloppy but far from dangerous. If it freezes, then we can talk about dangerous...

The only effect to my commute is my car got dirtier than average...
