I am heading to Hong Kong the end of this month per 5 days. This is my first time to visit and no idea where to go.
Help me out where go to what to do in 5 days.
Thanks in advance.

Plenty of time to do everything. Very easy to get around with subway and taxi's everywhere.
Get an octopus card and load it up with money as transit/subway/7-11/fast food etc. all take it. Advanced version of our interac tap if you will.
Party at PLAY night club, eat anywhere and everywhere. See the giant Buddha, tram to the peak, the Harbour, go get a suit made, go to Macau haha goes on and on.

Arrive. Be tired and jet-lagged for 5 days. Leave.
LKF to party. TST and Mongkok to eat & shop. Day trip to Macau to gamble.
^^ That
LKF to party. TST/Mongkok/Causeway to shop. Eat everything you see, and maybe go to the peak to enjoy the view. 5 days is way too short.

Off duty cop means not a cop. At that time he is a normal person.

I'm with everyone on the too short thing, especially if it's your first time. Jet-lagged to shit, depending on what time you arrive and how much you sleep across the pacific, the first day might be a total write off.
If you got to ask how much, you can't afford it

I was there in February although it was more a trip to catch-up and party with friends than sightsee. I would highly recommend going for a drink at Ozone at the Ritz-Carlton, the world's highest bar.

This is translated from Cantonese as "only massage"

Bump. Will be there late March for a couple of days and looking for suggestions.
Haven't determined a place yet so any suggestions are welcome. So far, Novotel in WC or Park Place Hotel in Causeway are contenders.
I'm also game to roll the dice using Priceline but I have no idea where the good districts are.
Just looking to eat, sightseeing and enjoy the nightlife. It's not a museum trip to say the least, but wouldn't say no to a must-see place.
Might check this bar out:

I'll be in KL for F1 that weekend but back in HK on 31st.
We stayed at Metropark Hotel in Causeway Bay in October and it was pretty nice and just a couple blocks from the MTR. South of the hotel were restaurants, bars, and cafes that were made up to be a little "trendier" in a Western sort of way (they even had a Canadian burger restaurant haha), while north of the hotel was more regular HK.
Not sure if this is a common thing for hotels in HK, but Metropark also gave guests free sim cards so they could make local calls and get 3G while out and about. Just every once in a while, you would just have to click on the ads in the app to reload your minutes/data.

I'm getting $200/night pricing, which seems to be the average price around my timeframe. Their pool is nice though.Originally posted by D'z Nutz

I might just Priceline bid in January for cheaper places. Right now, I'm holding on to Novotel in Wai Chan because I have perks there.
