This could be the turning point for Ferrari. From here on out Ferraris will change, for the better or worse, time will tell.

That's what the article is implying. If that's the case, that's going to be terrible

The only ones that remained untouched for now are the small firms like Koenigsegg, or the biggies like Lamborghini and AM.

Yeah, because Porsche has only gotten worse since the mid-90s

Lamborghini is already far down that road.

Doesn't count. Two of them are concepts, that LM002 failed, and didn't even know about the motorcycle haha.

How doesn't that count? They tried, and failed. At least Porsche was successful with the implementation of everyday vehicles (Cayenne) the Panamera is just terrible though.

It isn't in reference to the car but the brand. There is a big difference between saying you own Porsche and owning a Ferrari. There used to not be. That's the argument.

No argument there, I suppose. Ferrari turning into Porsche is great for the business, bad for the icon.

LOLZ..I think this is great! Maybe they will start building cars that don't require extensive servicing at such low km intervals.

Oops...Fiat not FORD..totally thought I read Ford. Haha now that would be even better.

The fact that Chrysler is building some Ferrari engines now probably pushed him over the edge.

Yeah, I don't think FIAT is any better.

I don't think Ferrari need to turn into Porsche. They have Maserati for that. I think the fight is over exclusivity of the brand. Marchionne wants Ferrari to send tech down to other lines to fight with Bently/Porsche/Audi.

I thought they just want to turn into lambo, ie, more editions, remove the 7000 car a year limit to increase sales.

Smells like a bit of bullshit.

Why no mention in the article about the performance of the Scuderia racing team?

    He "rage quit"? Doubtful.

    Let's try this article:
