Default Heads Up - Pressure on Fixed Mortgage Rates to RISE

    Hi Beyonders...

There is pressure on the fixed rates at the moment. We have seen small subtle changes to a few terms... increases of approx. 0.05% to 0.15%.

    Example:

    2 Year Fixed - 2.34% up to 2.49%

    4 Year Fixed - 2.77% up to 2.89%

    See 5 Year Bond Yield

If pressure continues or bond continues to rise... we will see quick closes and specials go away.

Call or email if you have questions.
