but the shit didnt even happen in america??? maybe thats the plan to no be liable, the company gets set up in whatever shit hole they are in so they can deal with the local govt rather than the us? but if the parent company is in the us they are fudged either way. But ya, as mentioned, im sure there isnt much they are actually liable for due to the countless waivers they probably had to sign. Or maybe just one that said :anything that happens to you isnt our fault.

ive seen the footage a couple of times... its blurred (obviously) but the distance that hatch was stading away from sue would mean that has had a 18" wang or a boner to even come close to touching her.
she has no grounds to take legal action... he didnt even really make a joke of it when it happened... seems almost unintentional if you look at the expression on his face.
