If i'm biking in and I need to be in earlier than normal, I'll pack my bag the night before. Recently, there was a chance of rain the following morning and I didn't pack extra socks because the volume and POP were both super low. Come morning - off I go but it turns out I've been misled by the forecast and there was a lot of standing water. Even though it's a pretty short ride, my legs were completely soaked - sure enough, I had completely forgot about not packing extra socks the night previous.
I dried off and had no choice but to go barefoot in my shoes that day, and due to the cut of my pants it was very obvious (I was showin' full ankle anytime I was sitting - @ExtraSlow would have blushed). I thought it would feel awful and uncomfortable, but I was surprised that I found it oddly comfortable throughout the day. To my surprise, there were no strange funks in my shoes at the end of the day, either. Ever since, I have been very tempted to do it again.

When you want a dim bulb, and you don't want a DIMMER in that location, and you buy a dim bulb, and it's too dim.
60W too bright, and let me tell you buckaroo, this "1W LED Replaces 10W incandescent garden part patio warm white good color" bulb is pretty dim. I guess I need to start having hispter garden parties....

And here I thought dim bulbs exclusively worked from home.
When you put a car in reverse and it points the mirrors at the ground. I don't need to see the curb to know where the curb is, I need to see whats behind me. Stupidest "feature" ever.
A feature that is easily disabled lol

But also, I'm talking about when I get in a customer car and it's still enabled, I'm not gonna go around messing with their settings.

Bought two 27's and a dual display stand for home office that holds the monitors side by side...the edges of the screens are so far apart I don't even enjoy using it. Now I gotta buy another dual stand that stacks them vertically. Should work better but wasted a hundred fuckin bucks.
Should just buy a 49" ultrawide. It's like 2x 27" but without the bezel.

you know, I don't have problems putting my monitors close together when I let then sit on the desk. Each has heigh adjustment, and I just my hands to move then horizontally. Find it works great.

You guys know he’s talking about the outside edges, right? Like far left to far right is too far apart.
I was not aware of that. Cannot relate. But his comment on stacking vertically makes sense now.

I use a 50" screen for my work station at home and its too big. I should have bought a 40". The only perk is that its essentially 4x 24" monitors so you can snap to quadrants pretty easy.
