WTB: unlocking a Fido Motorola V60i

just need to know if anyone can give me a hand with unlocking a GSM Motorola V60i in Calgary.

the remote unlock servers are all down, the v60i cant be cable unlocked as its a 8mb phone

there is one server that im aware of, but its $30 US to get a code!!
