Why don't they secure these pots to the counter somehow? Even just a small chain like McDonalds uses on their donation bins. Seems extremely easy to prevent, given that it's absolutely guaranteed people will try steal them every single year. Clearly this guy is a POS, but also it seems nothing is being done to safeguard them either.
