Do you guys know the cheapest/accepting courier to ship to Regina, or will even accept? Weight is 75lbs and 33" diameter, 11" high each. Need it there by Friday around lunch time.

Try Greyhound? When I bought rims from Ontario, the seller used Greyhound and they were cheaper than the big shipping companies.

+2 greyhound, my company uses greyhound a fair amount for shipping, never had an issue, and its very quick.
Greyhound was about $20/wheel last time I shipped a set to Vancouver. That was without tires though. Should be easy enough to send them as four separate packages with cardboard taped onto each side of the wheel.

Yeah I called them earlier and they said the biggest they do is 24"
I'll try again.
Loomis wanted $450

So Greyhound does ship them lol, depends who you talk to. FedEx does too for the same price, $60/tire.
Kal Tire will ship them to another store for apparently free, so we'll see in a week if that holds true! I did buy the Nokians from them though, so probably for customers only.
