Susan, you shouldn't put the garlic bread in the oven and take it out when you haven't even started the roast yet... or cook veggies on the stovetop early on when it takes 5 minutes to do.

Just hosted 14 people for turkey dinner st my house today. Bit of an art to this when you don't have three ovens. But we got it done and nothing was cold when we served.
