People who park across the sidewalk as an extention of their own driveway especially when the sidewalks separates the driveway from a boulavard. Theres a dickbag around the corner from me who treats this all as his driveway and loves to stay hooked up to his enclosed trailer with his shitty multi coloured Jimmy blocking off the sidewalk - he then parks his other shit box in front of that. There are tons of super young kids that live on this block so bikes and scooters and strollers are all forced to go around both vehicles in the middle of the street to go around him. If he was actively loading it I would have zero problem with it, but he will leave it like that for days on end. Be like every other trailer pulling asshole and just pull it around the corner and park on the street.

But when that inevitably doesn't work, then the homeowner knows who you are (and probably where you live) and could theoretically retaliate. Normally you wouldn't have to worry about that, but I think Mr. Slow called out correctly that this person seems like a shitbag.
