I don't think people should go around being assholes, but if your place of business has to put up signs saying things like "verbal abuse of employees will not be tolerated" it might be worth having a look at how you do things and what drives people to behave that way.

I zipper merged properly this morning and some person honked at me. Yesterday I turned into my proper lane and someone honked at me. When have we collectively decided to allow for shitty driving habits?
