The fact that I can phone 8n prescription refill requests to my kids doctor, and they promise to fax it to my pharmacy, but the pharmacy claims they don't get it, so I have to call the doctor again, and make the print out a paper copy for me to pick up in person, and then I drive it over to my pharmacy in person.

Fuck any system that uses faxes.

I have a similar peeve, drives me nuts when the ziploc seal is unnecessarily strong resulting in either ripping the bag or one side of the ziploc coming unglued from the bag rendering it useless.

Was in a rush at the store. Toddler with me. Paid for our stuff. Put my wallet in pants pocket. It's supposed to go in my zipped acket pocket.
That's the last time I handled my wallet. 2 days later, I still have no idea where it is.

Would have taken two seconds to stop, pause, put wallet where it usually goes, and then leave.

Not sure if this belongs in the should or should not thread. But people that stop in the no parking curb lanes downtown to drop their passengers off at work.
