Enmax is 28 cents per day whether fixed or variable

Atco is 36 cents per day with their new customer bundle; 33 cents per day with their non-bundle fixed rate plans; or 63 cents per day with their variable plans.

Sure does seem like Atco is starting to be scammy with advertising lower rates but charging higher fees to offset.

Floating was 9.49 cents in early August, dangerously close to the 3-year fixed at 9.79 cents.

What do we do @pheox ?!

It took a 20 day record heat wave to spike the price up for one month. Enmax is back down to 7.5 cents for Sept so still winning

Floating for NG and electricity for a bit now.
Compared 2023 Summer a/c spike to 2024 summer spike and I'm convincing myself that winter spikes will also not be in the 30¢ range like 2023.

It's always on the Enmax site within the first few days of the month.

Why would you add the $1.23/GJ for gas to your electricity number lol

If all goes well with Genesee repower #1, electricity could drop even more.

60 cents for natgas and 6.9 cents for electricity.

Time to fire up the Crypto and AI world domination brains.

My buddy just renewed his ATCO contract and they gave him this FYI:

    7.88¢/kWh and $3.68/GJ

Seems pretty decent...opinions? Nat Gas is obviously much higher than current float, but electricity is pretty decent.

I just logged in to my atco account and they had the same offer… but the service fee goes up from 8.99 to 10.99 per month …

My current is 5.99 for ele and 3.99 for gas

I'm on 8.88 and 3.88 plus 0.36/day/each at ATCO. No offers for me, I'd say that's a good plan though
I can eat more hot wings than you.
