Wait, the BMW driver was able to turn left out of the parking lot. That means they must have lost all their marbles while trying to navigate in that parking lot. Then again, maybe it's a BMW parking lot safety aid although it didn't do nothing for the safety of the burgundy colored car.

Spotted on the Calgary Police Twitter feed. This video is actually painful to watch. They say they are investigating...I wasn't sure if I should post this here or in the random automotive videos thread, since it's both law and one of the most frustrating auto videos I've ever watched...I thought for sure said BMW driver was going to manage to make it a 2 car day.
