Listening to USB music on old-style stereo?

Use a DVD Player that has a USB in which can read MP3's. Use a RCA to Aux cable like shown above to connect into your JVC.

I'm sure you could find one on kijiji for next to nothing though.

Nowadays most of my music is on a USB stick, which I use to listen to music in my car .

What would be the simplest/easiest way to make the stereo play the MP3s off the USB?

I shouldn't have even mentioned the car thing. Yes, I do listen to the USB in my car, but my question has to do with playing the USB on the JVC.
