"Anarchism is not a romantic fable but the hardheaded realization, based on five thousand years of experience, that we cannot entrust the management of our lives to kings, priests, politicians, generals, and county commissioners."
Fuck I miss my black 91 crx now.
If you get angry at my post please re-read as a joke or sarcasm.
I had a mint 1987 Si. Bought in in 1998 for $1200, had 90,000 kms. I only kept it a few months. Loved driving that little car. I don't think I could drive one now though, one thing I remember is how dangerous it was on the highway, crosswinds and passing big trucks on a two lane sent it squirrley. Sure was fun to drive.
Deetz's long lost brother?
^^ ha ha, I still love those cars too. Still have mine, just got it painted last year, can't wait to drive it this year
Honda/Acura guy
When I was 16 my first car was a '91 Civic hatchback. I always wanted a CRX Si but people were asking big money for them back in 2002.
So, a few years ago I bought one for $2,000 that was as close to mint as you were going to get I think. Sold it a few months later for $4,000 because I realized that I had come to enjoy things like power windows, heated seats, etc.
My love for the CRX died after a few (slow, because it was gutless) drives down Deerfoot... taking with it the nostalgia I felt whenever I saw one. lol
Love these videos! I need another Honda in my life
This is exactly what my Corrado is for me.
Definately miss my CRX, when it was tuned right with the supercharger it was quite quick.
There is a guy on Honda-Tech 'selling' his for the last 5 years. A stupid amount of work was put into it and I offered the guy $8,000 which he declined right away (think he was asking $11,000).
I'm probably crazy for offering that amount of money for the car but it just brought back memories
Great video. Love how he is so specific with the sounds and that he is a band teacher. Totally relate to him on the comments about the kids and cars, as a former teacher myself.
Thanks for posting.

Huge nostalgia. I miss my VR6. Timeless classic, probably the sexiest VW ever made.
