    Default Pelican case foam cutting

I have a Pelican 1720 case and require some custom cutouts done, this case doesn't have the pluck foam so it needs cutting.

Does anyone either do this or know where it can be done? Needs to be a professional looking job.

Would prefer someone who could come to me as this is for guns, but going to their location would be acceptable so long as they are comfortable with firearms.

I did a guitar gun case for a buddy's airsoft and it was quite easy as long as the blade you use is brand new.

An option if you dont want to bring the guns is chalk penning the outline to be cut.

very jelly about the case though. So awesome.

Alternate DIY method is to moisten the foam, freeze it and then cut with a sharp knife.

could probably DIY hotwire with a soldering iron at one end of the wire and a screwdriver or something at the other end.

It's not the size that matters, it's the taste it leaves in your mouth.

I remember watching a guy cut packing foam with the wire and it was just hooked up to the +- of a battery. He was making some map features for one of those War hammer games.

Princess auto has electric hot knifes on sale if you are still having issues. Used them before and work pretty good.
